Production plan management system
Details′ Control
• QC Dept is in charge of strict control for spare parts according to technical drawings and color sample card.
• Warehousing Dept control the parts strictly according to technical BOM list.
• Production Dept is in charge of different production processes training for employees on the basis of process cards.
• Merchandiser assistant check the order artwork(packing, trademark, manual, label) based on the buyer′s order requirements,
• PMC Dept is in charge of all production tracking, record and coordination according to the production plan made.
Quality control system
• QC department implement the quality management system on the basis of TS16949.
• The four quality control basis:
1. Enterprise standard -- snowthrower standard established refer to European standard and record in Quality Supervision Bureau.
2. National standard -- universal and general technical conditions by using the national standard
3. Design drawings, process documents, inspection instruction
4. The special requirements of customers(OEM requrements) -- such as color, pattern, label etc.
Product development system
• In charge of departments: Engineering Department
• New product development project
-- According to the marketing department investigation, advise the the direction of new product development
-- engineers make the plan for the basic structure, main function, product development time and input cost.
-- General manager organize all specialist to make the correction and modification. Finally decide the new product development project.
New product design, development
1. The Design engineer and assistant engineer are in charge of 3D graph drawing;
2. The Chief engineer, technical director and related personnels review the structure and feasibility of 3D graph drawing
3. Make the quick sample first - Make the rapid prototyping for the plastic parts.
Finish the forming die.
Make the function test for the quick sample and finish the confirmaion for mould.
4. Make the confirmation for the production process and fixture.
5. Make the design for the manual, label and package.
6. Start small batch production
Verify the accuracy for the mould and fixture.
Make the schedule for the assembly production process.
Make the checking point for the parts and whole machine and make test method.
Make the durability test (usually more than 300 hours, The field test keep at least 50 hours). Modify the inconformity parts.
7. Final Developing summary
All technical information submit to production department, quality department, purchase department, PMC and other departments. (including drawings, process card and BOM list )
8, Tracking after development
Project engineers must track their own developing product.
A. Collect the actual using feedback from customers and improve
B. Improve the quality problems happened in production
C. Make special design for process card and avoid making mistakes
D. Develop more function;
E. Confirm wearing parts for after-sale service;
